Writing with ADHD

Today, I am not writing Shatterproof, as I should be, I'm writing a completely different genre--Urban fantasy or maybe Urban Romantasy? It's about a witch who accidentally summons a near death guy from Regency England. I'm about ten thousand words into this story, and I know where it's going. I have tons more to write in my head, but, as is always the case, I get to a point where I need to research every minute detail and I get stuck in a loop of making things make sense before I move on. Why? I don't know.

In Shattered Glass I researched quinceaneras because Louis talked about it for five words in an entire book. I researched types of acrylic, oil and watercolor paints to find out what mediums Cai would use(this actually came in handy for NSI). I researched how much lawyers charge/make, how law firms work, read transcriptsand listened/watched of trials of Colorado courts to find out how judges talked during arraigments, & more. For NSI I went on message boards and interviewed people with Bipolar One, I called the FBI to ask them lists of questions(at least 5 different times), I looked up spy devices, created 3d images of stuff so I could write about it, made maps layouts to reference things in my head. There's more but I think by now you probably look like this:
My ADHD brain does not like focus. For example, I am literally writing this because I was in the middle of confusing research. What was I researching? Well, the fundamental scientific possibilties of time travel. In other words, I'm literally trying to find a scientific theory for my witch, my magical casting witch, to use a time-travel spell. I've also used this entire scientific approach to create a spell system. What does this have to do with Shatterproof, you may ask? Well, I started on the Urban Fantasy book because I got overwhelmed by the research for Shatterproof into ISIS, The Syrian Civil War, sniper rifles used by the Peshmerga, Somalian topography, Somalian food, and, finally maps of London.
Because yes, something is wrong with me.

PPS: If you're british, I'd like some accent advice.
